  • clear spots top with black spots and a few small glitters
  • non-sticky
  • medium viscosity
  • cure: 60sec. combi UVA / LED; 240sec. UV

Application suggestion:
  • our nailARTS Baby Pastells and other summery pastel MASTERS are particularly well suited as a background color - as a full cover or even better as an ombre
  • place the SPEC Spots Top on top as an effect and cure once
  • the effect also looks wonderful in matt - use MAG Zero on top for this
