Delivery:
We ship exclusively with DHL / Deutsche Post. We use UPS for United Kingdom.
Within Germany, we deliver orders exclusively insured and with shipment and tracking number by DHL. Shipping within DE is free for purchases over EUR 230 (must be selected as shipping method!)
The shipping costs are automatically determined by the shop in the shopping cart and depend on the country of delivery and the weight of the package!

When paying cash on delivery, there is an additional fee of EUR 6.66 (EUR 5.60 plus VAT)

Payment with Cash on Delivery
When paying with Cash on Delivery, there is an additional fee of EUR 6.66 (5.60 plus VAT)
For delivery to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may arise in individual cases, which the seller is not responsible for and which are borne by the customer. These include, for example, costs for the transfer of money by credit institutions (e.g. transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g. customs duties). Such costs can also arise in relation to the money transfer if the delivery is not made to a country outside the European Union, but the customer makes the payment from a country outside the European Union.
Payment with KLARNA
In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer you the following payment methods. Payment is to be made to Klarna.
- Financing: With the financing service from Klarna you can pay your purchase in flexible or fixed monthly instalments according to the conditions stated in the checkout. The instalment payment is due at the end of each month after submission of a separate monthly invoice by Klarna. - Direct bank transfer: Available in Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, Poland and the Netherlands. Your account will be debited directly after placement of your order.
- Direct Debit: Your account will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service or in case of a subscription in accordance with the timelines communicated. You will be notified about the date(s) by email.
- Card Payments: Available in Sweden, Germany and Austria. The amount will be reserved on your card and will be debited after shipment of the goods or tickets/ availability date of the service. In case of a subscription the amount will be debited in accordance with the timelines communicated.
The payment methods Pay in [14] days, Slice It and direct debit are only available in case of a positive credit assessment. For this purpose, during the order process and handling of your purchase, we forward your data for an address and credit check to Klarna.
